I did find another item with the Roku Channel service that I believe has to do with tracker and ad blocks by Brave, and I can’t say it is a problem with Brave per se, but wanted to make the team aware of it. Type the error code exactly as you see it into the Ask Xfinity search bar above (e.g., "XRE-00018", "Unable to Play Video," etc.). You can select to Ask the Xfinity Assistant or Search for the error code in support articles. Goto the Settings and Sign out of Xfinity. A new menu will appear allowing you to ReAuthorize with your account. One you reauthorize, the problem should be resolved.
